Nat West - Chrome Plugin (Manual download) Not Working

Since the changes by Nat West my manual download (not the automatic feed) is not working. I’ve checked (deleted and reinstalled) the plugin but still no good.

Anyone else experiencing the same ?

Thanks

Hi @Echohead

We haven’t had any other reports of issues with NatWest with the Chrome plugin, but we can certainly try to help resolve this.

When you say it’s not working, what exactly is happening? Are you seeing any error messages for example? Does it work so far and then stop?

If you open the developers console on Chrome (Press F12 when viewing that page), are there any errors showing in the “console” tab?

there is a button to press that says “Export to Quickfile” but…

When I press it nothing appears to happen and I get no error message it simply doesn’t do anything. I now notice (once I follow your instructions for f12) however that every time I press the button (with f12 open) I get the following error message:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘length’ of undefined
at HTMLSpanElement.eval (eval at execute (bf-remote.js:33), :1:5130)
at HTMLSpanElement.dispatch (jquery.js:12)
at HTMLSpanElement.y.handle (jquery.js:12)

Many thanks

Thank you for the information. It certainly seems that due to the layout change something has broken.

I’ve referred this to our development team to take a look and make the changes required, and will update you shortly.

[Update]
@Echohead - We have today released an update for the plug in which should resolve this. It will however take a short while to filter out. If this still isn’t working come tomorrow morning, please let us know.

Just tried it and it worked perfectly.

Thanks for sorting this out. Your support on this software is second to none !
