Nationwide Account

Hi. I am doing everything I should - but I cannot get the Nationwide feed to go backwards - does it only work from the date I set up the feed & paid for it etc? However I did that on the 5th & still nothin has been uploaded & I have spent money on my account ?! What am I doing wrong ?

What type of feed have you set up - Yodlee or Open Banking (you can find out from More Options > Bank Feed Details)?

Has the payment you made cleared in your bank account (e.g. it’s not pending)?
