When i upload a csv file from my Natwest credit card the transactions are reversed in Quickfile, all debits are shown as credits and vice versa, is there an easy way to correct this?
That’s because credit card statements are often presented in reverse format to bank statements. Currently you’d need to flip the debits and credits around on the CSV statement before uploading.
We could possibly setup a formula for this although we would need a sample CSV. You can PM me with this if you like and I’ll pass it on.
Thanks Glenn, what you suggest is what I did. I can cope with altering the csv before upload!
