I’ve just been trying to use your Chrome plugin for NatWest; I get the “Export to QuickFile” button appear when I go to download transactions - but I don’t see anything of the banner which is supposed to appear at the top.
Any ideas?

The banner will only show on the initial login screen.

Thank you! The problem was that I have NatWest remember my ID, so it goes straight through to the PIN/Password page. Dropping into Incognito, and it’s there.
OK that’s worth knowing! I’ll bare that in mind if other users report a similar problem.
