Natwest Bank feed fails every bank holiday

I am in my first financial year of using QuickFile.
The last two bank holidays the feed has stopped on the Saturday. Last time it came to life around mid Tuesday. This bank holiday I am still wating (it is Tuesday). I have no error messages. All looks normal apart from no updating.

I just checked and the feeds did run overnight for Natwest.

We will only import transactions that the bank has marked as fully booked/cleared. this usually happens overnight and we import on the feed in the early hours but it can take longer depending on the bank/transaction.

It may be that this process has took Natwest a bit longer due to the bank holiday.

Please let us know if the transactions have not imported on tonight’s overnight feed so we can investigate.

Lo and behold - this morning (Wednesday) the NatWest feed started up again on its own.
