Hi, I have used the Chrome plugin with my Natwest account previously but the option to download transactions has recently disappeared. Is the Natwest feed still supported? I can successfully login using the feed but when I navigate to the statements page I do not see the option to download to Quickfile. Any ideas?

Has the interface changed at all recently? More often than not, when this happens it’s down to the bank making a change to the interface itself so things aren’t how we expect them.
