Where do I input the pairing key into chrome extension? I cant find it.

Hi @gingertw

If you access NatWest from the chrome plug-in, you’ll see a QuickFile bar at the top. Click ‘Settings’

You can then enter all your details here:

there isnt a quickfile bar

If you’ve ticked a box on Natwest to remember your Customer No. please untick this and reload the page. I know the panel doesn’t appear when you have Natwest remembering the details.
