Natwest bank feed problem - can only see data from 6 days ago

I have enabled Yodlee bank feeds. Unfortunately I can tot get data from 6 days - bank says - NO TRANSACTIONS FOUND

Just to clarify - are you trying to pull data from 6 days ago manually?

When it comes to previous data, it does depend on the bank itself and whether they allow this. Some banks allow 6 months, some only a few days.

no, I click --> more options then refresh bank feed
the last transactions which I have are from 13th of April

Thanks for confirming.

There is a delay on data from NatWest (and a few other banks too) to help prevent duplicate entries. There’s more information on this here.

Given that the 13th was last Friday, and you have the weekend in between, this may be the case here. Would you mind checking again in the morning please, if it doesn’t come through automatically?
