For the few few days it’s been showing error message ‘There was an error processing your file’ I’m able to upload statements from a different account I hold with NatWest to another software system so I’m guessing the problem is with Quickfile.
Did you also try ‘other banks’ in the upload section. There you can map your columns. If you have in and out in two different columns, you have to tick a little box on that page.

As @rhc mentioned, it may be that the file is different to what we’re expecting, so it’s worth trying the “Other” option.
