Natwest csv upload issue

Until recently I was using the Chrome extension to export my transactions to quickfile. This feature has been down for several weeks and I have returned to using the CSV upload feature. This was working ok until tonight when I received the following screen

I have tried various settings to match the columns including the logical one in the screenshot but they are rejected. Can you please suggest any solutions?
