In my default payment terms box at the end of an estimate I like to put my terms and conditions rather than payment terms. However on the default program there’s not quite enough room . is there any way of adding room so I can include a couple more lines of text
Hi @Kerry_Wragg
The best way to overcome this is to link to them rather than input them all in the box. I think if you put too much in the box, it becomes a little bit crowded.
Take a look at this topic on how to link a document. If you need any help with this, please ask

Thanks Glen , I’ve made the PDF but I’m unsure how to store it safely on the cloud and paste the correct link
Hi @Kerry_Wragg
If you have your own web site, that’s a good place to add it and link to it from there.
Or, you could upload it to the document manager within QuickFile:
Select your file and upload it:
Right click the file name and select Copy Link Address:
Then in your terms and conditions box, type:
Click here for our Terms and Conditions
and in between the " (where it says paste URL here), right click and paste the file address you just copied above.
Hope that helps. If you need further help, please let me know and I’ll see what I can do
p.s. I’m not Glenn
