New bank feed

Hi

I think i have just upgraded to the new bank feeds how do i know if this has been successful or not it seemed to work after following instructions but i noticed that you charge (quickfile) of £15 for this and ive not been asked to pay this

Did you already have a Yodlee feed before? You only get the charge at this point if you’re upgrading from the legacy Barclays feed (which has not been available to new customers for a year or more), if you’ve already paid for the Yodlee feed then I believe (I don’t work for QuickFile) that the new feed is covered by the same payment.

For any automated bank feeds a subscription is required. What feed have you tried to set up?

As @ian_roberts rightfully mentions, if you previously had a Yodlee subscription, this will cover all bank feeds, including Open Banking.

You can check your subscriptions by going to Help >> Additional Services
