Why has this been done? This has now ruined what used to be be a good accounting program. I have been trying to gain access to my account from home, and all I am now receiving is this pointless and impossible to get passed message on the screen, as NO email ever arrives. You should allow the end user the opportunity to make a decision on two factor authentication and not just make the decision for them. I am now unable to work on my accounts from from home due to this situation and there are better 2 form factor authentication to use rather than the situation of your IP address, which can change on a regular basis. Please get this problem sorted out!!!

The new device detected feature is rubbish. I have had the QF app set up on my phone and been using it from the start via mobile data with no issues. Now I can not even get into my account as the auto-emailed approve links do not arrive in time and as the IP address is never stable and changes often you have to repeat the process multiple times. It took me 2 days to log-in to create an invoice - Ridiculous update
