New Director how do I handle this capital shares etc

HI

I’ve added my someone as a director and want to give 25% of the limited company how do i record this in quickfile. Do they pay 25% of my initial shares etc.

I would definitely run this by your accountant, it’s not likely that there will be a generic answer and it will depend on your current share capital structure and whether any consideration was paid.
