I think the new option to attach files/documents to each customer on the new FILE ATTACHMENT section is excellent.
However, it would be even better if all of the letters sent to customer (held on the QF letter system) could automatically be included here. If the historic letters can’t be included, can newly created customer letters be automatically included?

It would be a great help if the new “client file attachments” included copies of the letters sent to the clients that had been generated on the QF letter system so all communications to them were listed together.
