HI, I have noticed 4 invoices have been added on to my cash register takings from 1st October which I have not put on the system.
These invoices were all added on today in the last 2 hrs.

When you view the invoices you will see an event log at the bottom of the page, with a name along side it. This would have been the person who created the invoices on the account.
It is my name but I never entered any invoices!
I would highly recommend changing your password and would encourage you to enable 2 factor authentication too.
The only way someone would have been able to log in as you and create invoices on your account would be if they know your login details. 2 Factor Authentication adds an additional layer to it which means they need a second device (such as a mobile phone) to generate a code before logging in.
