Are you referring to the CSV export?

This was brought up a few weeks ago, but I looked into it further and it worked all OK.

Would you mind taking a look at this post, and letting me know if you’re doing something differently to get the report please? If you could also let us know any further details (error messages etc.), we’ll certainly take another look.

Paypal transaction import using new Paypal download format

Hi @RSC I’m not personally familiar with the new format offered by PayPal, but I can certainly refer this to our development team. Would you mind if I sent you a private message to have a copy of the new file format so we know what we’re dealing with? I’m going to refer this to one of our developers as it should certainly be picked up here.

However, if I select ‘Other’ from the bank list, this file does load correctly.
