No 'Download Calculations' Option

Hello

I have about 10 clients loaded on QF, and all but one has the download button. I have muddled through up until now (over a year) can this be fixed please?

Sorry, this is on VAT Reports. It submits to HMRC fine.

Are they using the new (white) or old (green/red) VAT return form?

They are all white. All the figures are correct. I’ve checked them manually.

You should see an “Export” button at the top of the form which will produce the calculations for you.

Ahh ok Mathew, thank you. So it doesnt matter that its not the same as my other clients?

The VAT forms are just 2 different versions. We’re migrating users from the older one (the green one) to the newer one (the white one), so they will all eventually be using the same one
