No emails received from QuickFile

I did not receive an email from quickfiles now when I login it says I have been sent an email and won’t let me go any further

Can I just check what type of account you’ve signed up for? Am I right in thinking this is the first email you would be receiving from us?

Yes first time set up, I’m worried I’ve mistyped the email address!
