Last year my account dropped down from Power User Subscription to Basic user as the business is being scaled down. I am no longer able to access my data and am greeted with “Your Power User subscription has now expired”. If the free service is no longer available how can I download my existing data, any attempt to access any of the management features takes me back to the subscription expired page.
The account size is based on the usage over the previous 12 months, so it’s likely your account still has over 1,000 nominal ledger entries at this point.
I will however send you a private message to clarify this in terms of your account, and also arrange for a copy of your data to be sent to you. You should see a green notification in the top right hand corner.
