No Transactions Were Saved to Your Account Please check that the columns in your CSV are correctly mapped

Hi there,
For the last few days I have been unable to upload Barclays credit card statements, in QBO format. Quickfile always shows the following error:

No Transactions Were Saved to Your Account
Please check that the columns in your CSV are correctly mapped.

Barclays business credit card statement are not available in csv, so I have always used qbo and always worked properly.
Is there an issue at present?
I tried downloading the statement again but it still shows the same error.

The only option available to download, suitable for Quickfile is in qbo.

Please do let me know if there is an ongoing system error.

Kind regards

Hi @Gianluca

I’m not aware of any issues with the QBO upload, although I’m happy to take a look for you.

I’ll send you a private message to get some more information. Please look for a green notification in the top right hand corner.

This has just been happening to me as well. Any idea what the cause of this is? I have just downloaded the .qbo file from Barclays and can confirm there are transactions in the period specified. When uploading to Quickfile I also get the message:

No Transactions Were Saved to Your Account
Please check that the columns in your CSV are correctly mapped.

I really don’t fancy adding these manually!

Hi @Flubbles

This is being looked into by our development team. We’ll update this thread for you as soon as we have an update

Hi,

It seems to be working properly again now, thank you for your help.
May I ask what was that caused the glitch? The reason for asking is that, if I’m not mistaken, the same issue occurred to me in the recent past and that time I just waited for a few days.

Kind regards

Hi @Gianluca and @Flubbles

Glad to hear it’s working for you!

Sometimes the banks change their formats slightly. I’m not sure what had changed this time around - I usually leave things like this to our development team so they can work their magic

Hi Mathew,

Thank you very much for clarifying and for your help.

Kind regards
Gianluca
