Hi there- I am attempting to start using quickfile by putting an opening balance into year end 2013/2014, but I don’t appear to have a year-end option on the account settings drop-down?

To amend your year end date, go to Account Settings > Company Settings, and update the box I’ve highlighted:
Are you referring to an opening balance of a bank account? You can add this in the bank account settings. I can’t see an option for a drop-down here that you are referring to?
