How can I change the description? I have set 7407 o “Hire of coach” and I would like it to read “Hire of bus”.
I know that some names cannot be changed, but as i set it up I thought I should be able to change this one.
Which are the fixed descriptions?

Look at the chart of accounts, if the little cog wheel icon to the right of the relevant nominal is yellow and clickable then you can change the name, if it’s greyed out then you can’t.
