Not able to add user to affinity account

I’m an affinity account user, trying to add someone with another affinity account on my dashboard with ‘Add a profile / link an existing QuickFile account’. I get the error message “email not registered on QF” even though I’m using the email address the user is registered with. Can you help?

Hi @wlp_mate,

You can’t add an Affinity account to your Affinity account. If you’d like to add them as a user then you’ll need to do this in the team management section. The email address you use will have to be unique - can’t be one that they use for affinity already
