Not able to print/save invoice

Hi, for last couple of days I can see invoice on the screen, but when I try to save it, it is just a black screen. I need to resolve it asap.

That’s certainly a bit strange. Are there no errors at all? When you press ‘Save’, what web address is showing in your browser?

What browser and operating system are you using (For example, FireFox on Windows 10)?

I am using Chrome, but I had no problem prior to a few days ago. I go to invoice, click print and then I can see black screen. Web address is like this:

I can view the invoice on the screen, it only happens when I try to print or save as pdf.

The file you linked to seems to open fine for me. However, you’ll be glad to know you’re not alone as I experienced this with a file on another account earlier.

In the case of the other file I tried, simply waiting a short while (no more than 1-2 minutes), the file loaded fine. Clearing your browser cache may also help.

I will however lookup the account and email you a copy of the PDF file to the admin address on the account.

I have tried to wait 5 minutes and no luck. Also cleared cache and no difference. If you think it might be due to the setting on my browser/computer, could you please suggest where to look? I will need to print and send invoices soon.

Are you able to view any attached documents to either sales or purchase invoices?
If you can’t view them, are you able to right click the icon to view the document, and the then download the file and view it?

What I’m trying to establish is whether the issue is with the browser or with the Chrome PDF viewer. If you can download the file all OK, then it would suggest that it’s the PDF viewer.
