Not receiving Estimate "Agreed" messages


I have spoken to several customers, all of which have told me they ‘agreed’ to Estimates sent, but I have not received the notifications. These include Estimates 9,11 & 14?


Paul can you please PM me your account number or company name and I shall take a look. I don’t believe the system sends an email when an estimate is agreed, but rather sends an internal message on your account that should show up on the dashboard.


I was wrong it does send an email to the primary contact on the account


I think my customers were not pressing the ‘Save’ button after selecting the ‘Accept’ button. May need to make it clear that the ‘Save’ button has to be pressed for the ‘Agreement’ to be sent.
