Notes in bank feed view aren't populated immediately

After tagging an item in my bank feed view as being a purchase order, the yellow notes box doesn’t update with the PO number. Only after I refresh the page does it get populated with something like #QF00078

I’d like to see this field populated immediately, so I can amend it straight away, e.g. add “lost receipt”.
