Hello, yesterday afternoon our sending email through Office 365 stopped working.
We’ve not changes any passwords on Office 365 nor in Quickfile.

Have you checked your SMTP settings on Quickfile? are you using the same settings anywhere else?

Yes, the settings are correct. Nothing has been changed.
It all stopped working yesterday afternoon.
I’ve tried alternate settings, but with no joy.
Microsoft had a huge meltdown with their authentication services a few days ago, may be a knock on effect from that?

Have you had any luck with the emails over the weekend? As @ian_roberts mentioned it may have been a knock on effect as nothing has changed within QuickFile
Hello… yes, all sorted. Change the port to 25.
(Writing as an IT engineer, why this fix has worked doesn’t make sense, but it does!)
