I have three businesses to social enterprise companies and one as a sole trader. all separate bank accounts can I access them all through a single email login or do I need 3 as I currently have?

Are these currently set up through Affinity? If so, this would be the correct way to do it. You would just log into your Affinity account and access them that way.
