I am trying to do my 17-18 year end. Looking at my p&l it doesn’t seem to include all my purchases for the year. I think it is about £331.02 short, really not sure what is missing. It is possible to get a report showing all purchases and what code they were allocated to
You can export the details of your chart of accounts, which would reference invoice numbers. Perhaps this would help? This can be produced by going to Reports >> Chart of Accounts >> Export Data.
Everything within the sales and purchases nominal codes however, will be picked up for the Profit & Loss report, with the exception of VAT (if applicable) which is shown on your balance sheet.
