I’m not sure if I need to submit this form or not. I have been logging mileage costs at 45p per mile and paying this from the Directors Acct. I haven’t as yet paid myself a dividend and don’t intend to pay myself or anyone else a salary - not sure if I still have to submit a P11D form by deadline date of 6th July 2020, can anyone advise please?

Not that many, especially this year, probably around 5000 in average year.
