Page idle for 30 seconds error

I am just starting with Quickfile and slooowly figuring out how to do things. I have manually imported bank info from Barclays and set up a feed. As far as I know all the credentials are correct but nothing has been added to the Bank Account on Quickfile since it was set up on 14 July and the feed didn’t work on 16, 19, 20 and 21st this month. I just got the error ‘Page idle for 30 seconds.’ I assume that because I didn’t get the error every day I have got everything set up correctly but can you check to see if the feed works? I know there have been a couple of transactions at least on that account. Ta.

This normally means that the details are incorrect. Have you tried re-entering them to be sure? If not, can you try that please and we’ll manually re-run the feed for you?

I have reset them now as I got a request from Barclays to do this when I logged in to their website. Would this request from Barclays have been due to any of the failures?

It could have, possibly, but I can’t confirm for definate.

We have manually re-run the feed, and it seems to have worked and imported a few new transactions. Can you take a look at see if that’s all OK now please?

Yes, that seems fine now. I have to sort out a starting balance so the total tallies with the actual bank account, but that’s probably for another day. Thanks for your timely help.
