Paid in part, but zero balance

I’ve paid a purchase in full, but for some reason it’s saying it’s paid in part and shows in the outstanding list

Was this invoice in a different currency at all? was the invoice paid in full in one go?

All paid in GBP, in a single payment

That is strange, sometimes the system can take a moment to catch up. If you go to the invoice list view does it show as paid?

Are you also able to confirm the invoice number for which you are seeing this error and confirm the last 4 digits of your QuickFile account number for us to take a look?

it seems to have fixed itself (i didn’t do anything). I’ll let you know if it comes back but otherwise thanks for your help

Issues like that usually go away if you refresh the page.
