So I didn’t realise for quickfile we needed a brand new login once we went from partnership to Ltd. I have been using the same login and setup and we went Ltd in April 2016! eeek! Also, I have just paid for another years power subscription in December. whats the best solution? re the data entered for this tax year and also transferring the subscription?

With things like clients and suppliers, we can help copy these to a new account for you. Unfortunately, with the invoices and bank transactions etc., these will need to be re-entered on the new account and deleted off the old account.
Some things can be exported and imported again (like the transactions). If you use multiple lines in an invoice, they can’t be imported unfortunately.
In terms of the subscription, I’ll send you a private message to get some account details off you - look for a little green notification in the top right corner.
