We’ve moved to a new system with a new accountant.
We have our QuickFile account still open and have paused all recurring templates but looks like some invoices are still being generated resulting in duplicate charging through Go Cardless.
How can I simply unlink Go Cardless from our whole QuickFile account to ensure this doesn’t happen?

If you go to Account Settings > Manage payment options and scroll down to the GoCardless part, you should see an option to Cancel . If you click this, it will break the link between your GoCardless account and QuickFile.
