Hello, I have a customer who has paid off most of his invoice by GoCardless but has cancelled his last payment and would like to make it via card, however the Stripe payment gateway has disappeared from his invoice so I’m not sure how to do it, is there a way?

Under Clients>>name of client>>client details can you check that stripe is enabled for that customer.
Also, under invoice customisation can you check that the payment link is shown on invoces.
When the client log in to their client account is the stripe payment option visible? If so, may they can pay this way
Hi, yes Stripe is enabled for them in client details as it is for all clients, it seems to have been removed because the direct debit had been set up but now it’s cancelled.
I don’t have login details for clients, I don’t think they would appreciate having to log in just to pay an invoice. I just send the invoice to them.
OK I created an account for them and even then there is no Stripe option.
It just has this at the top and there’s still Pay Online option, unlike any other invoice.
