PAYE - off setting tax

I use another software for PAYE - employees…

When it comes to paying the tax over the HMRC - (like the CIS deductions tax)

Do you enter the tax for example £33.72 from the paye like you do with cis bank account and enter as a paye liability?

Hope you understand what I mean.

Can I just confirm - are you looking how to tag the actual payment to HMRC?
