Paying for a power user subscription

Hi Quickfile
We have moved in ‘Large’ company status and need to pay the Power User Subscription. Fine with this as its a great system but we cannot get to the secure payment option as it says:

This site can’t be reached

payments.epdq.co.uk took too long to respond.



Help please.

Have you tried another browser or device? Do you still see this error?

Tried again today from same browser, and it failed, then I went ‘back button’ clicked /unclicked everything and got through to make the payment.
So it worked but not sure why as I had been trying every day for last three days.
Just one of those things I guess.
