Paying multiple invoices at once not working

A customer got an error message with Quickfile, when selecting 2 invoices to pay online. It is working however if paying just one invoice at a time!

What is the error message they are seeing? If this with a particular payment method, or is it with all of them?

Unfortunalty user has lost the screenshot. He thinks it was something like invalid argument probably because it can’t cope with more than one invoice. To reproduce from Customer session:
Click on “invoices” on the left panel menu
Tick 2 invoices
Click “Pay Selected Online”

I did try to replicate this, but I wasn’t able to.

Is there anything different about the 2 invoices they tried to pay (e.g. non-alphanumeric characters)? Do you notice this with any other client or is it just one in particular?
