Payment Categories

Hi, I have just started using QuickFile, and am finding it really good. I have a query about which category to use for some of my purchasaes. I run a dog handling business, and I often have receipts from the veterinary company which treats my own dogs. Some of the reciepts are for treatment for injuries/ilness, and some of the reciepts are for health checks/DNA check to make sure if I breed with them, I am breeding as healthy a dog as possible. I would like to check which category I should put these receipts under - and if some how I can have two separate categories for the two reasons my dogs go to the vet, so that in the reports, I can see the two separate amounts. You can create your own codes in the chart of accounts.

On the invoices you can add multiple line items (to different codes) for various treatments for extra analysis.
