Payment requested by Quickfile

Hi, we have been sent an email by Gocardless confirming : Quick File (UK) Ltd is charging you (£X amount) for Payment on account 1st April 2019. I’ve checked our Quickfile account and we are unaware of any money that we owe. I cant find any invoices on our account either. The money has now been debited, please could you point me in the direction of how i can find out what this charge was for and also where i can find the invoice for it.

Hi @Storage

It sounds like this would be for an Affinity account. In this case, the details of the charge can be found by going to Account Settings > Billing

Ah ok, i couldn’t find anything on Quickfile, but ill go back to Affinity and try there. Many thanks
