Paymentsense payment online

hi wonder if you can help i put in all my merchant details to set up on line payments into the payment sense box when i save them it tells me that its saved. but if log off it puts my merchant details into the login box and if go to paymentsense box it has the login details for the main login and the tried doing transaction online and it fails

any help would be good

Apologies if I’m not following you correctly, but are you pressing save when entering the details in QuickFile, and then they’re not saving?

Yes i complet all details in payment sense section click save
if i send myself a invoice and click pay online it states there no merchant details
So i logged back in to QF but instead of my email address and password the Merchant number and password is in the main log in screen
I change these and logged in then went to payment sense section again and instead of merchant details being there it has put my login details email and password
i did 10 times and the same thing happens

Can you confirm that your merchant number is correct please? If it is, I’ll ask someone to look into this further for you.

yes all correct if you look at now even though i have entered them you will see that instead of the merchant number and login it has put my QF log in details in

and as i said it put the merchant log in details into the main qf log in screen very odd

I think you must have a plug in on your browser interfering there as all your Paymentsense details seem to load fine to me.

I will however ask my colleague to take a look into the issue and see if we can find out what’s happening. Bear with us - we’ll update you shortly :slight_smile:

many thanks i did log via chrome and your right they do seems be there but when click the link to pay on the email it comes up with merchant can’t be found not sure if issues connected would be good too know about the plug in as well many thank for your help

We do seem to have other accounts using PaymentSense without any issues, although I have noticed that their merchant IDs do seem to be in a different format to the one on your account.

The only thing I can suggest is to contact PaymentSense directly, as they should be able to confirm the details for you and make sure they’re right. If there are any errors, they would also be able to look into them in further detail than what we can

i am on the phone to payment sense and they are telling that QF is not supported is this correct

Uh? That’s news to me!

We developed the integration with PaymentSense over two years ago.

to be honest glen they not brightest button in the box i will carry fighting with them LOL
