Paypal API problems

HI
I have been using QF for a while now and never had any problems. However today I have just tried to import my Paypal transactions and get the following error…

Ooops!! We had some problem communicating with PayPal - SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data

Nothing has changed as far as I know, any help appreciated.

Hi @Smokers_Corner, we’ve moved over to a new load balanced server and the new IP was being restricted.

This has now been fixed and all recent transactions on your account were pulled in.
