Paypal, charging a %

Hi, how do others account for the additional money should you charge extra for using paypal?
i.e. invoice =£100, customer pays for it via PayPal so quickfile automatically adds 3.6% for me. Funds I receive is now £103.60 yet I only have an invoice for £100 to tag it against leaving £3.60.

Hi @DC123 How you account for the fee you’ve passed on is up to you. The 2 common ways of dealing with this are: Amend the existing invoice and add it as an additional line Issue a new invoice for the fee alone There is no way to automate this at present unfortunately. I hope this helps!
