My account seems to be duplicating transactions. Is there a way I can remedy this, and how do I stop it from happening in the future?

We pull the feed directly from PayPal so these entries are being provided directly from PayPal.
When you purchase items online with PayPal using a Debit/Credit card the money is transferred from your current account to the PayPay account then from there to the supplier.
You would likely just need to tag those credits as a transfer from the current account, check if there is a corresponding debit on the current account side first.
