Paypal Feed - Does it just work from date it was set up?

Hi,

I setup our Paypal feed on Friday and checked it today.

All transactions from Friday have been recorded which is great.

However I need the feed to go back to April and get all transactions from there.

I’ve set the date in the settings and given an opening balance, but can it do this?

Hi Darrell,

The PayPal feed will only work from the day the link was set up - it won’t work backwards and pull in old transactions.

You can either set an opening balance, or import a CSV file from PayPal itself.
