PayPal Feed Help - duplicate transfer transactions

Hi,

I am having major trouble with my PayPal Feed, my main account is all reconciled and everything is fine in my main account but my paypal account is showing a deficit. Everytime I go to tag a transaction it for example it is then putting a transaction in my account meaning that it becomes unreconciled what am I doing wrong?

Is this just for transfers (like when PayPal takes the money from your bank account for a purchase, or deposits it following a sale)?

It is for both types of transaction

Thanks! It sounds like your feed is currently pulling in transfers, but this can easily be disabled. If you go to the PayPal bank account within your QuickFile account, select More Options >> Feed Settings, you should see this option:

Ticking this box will mean the feed skips all the transfers so you can enter and tag them manually.
