We have two Paypal feeds in our QF account.
However they behave differently, one tags sales automatically and the other doesn’t which requires manual tagging.
I can’t find any settings for the feeds. Where should I be looking and will settings solve this?
Do you mean the creation and tagging automatically to sales invoices?
This can be enabled by going to the PayPal statement view in QuickFile, then More Options >> Feed Settings
You should then see these options to set this up:
