Paypal fees not showing on import

Hey all,

Am I right that the Paypal transaction fees should be automatically imported into the PayPal merchant account along with the transactions?

Because it’s not happening :frowning:

I’m getting the client’s payment and the transfer of the funds from PayPal to our bank account imported through, leaving a balance £1.04 - the amount of the Paypal transaction fee.

Am I doing something wrong?

Under the PayPal settings you will need to check the following.

This will then automatically create the charges for you. Otherwise you can just enter them manually every week/month based on the account difference (obviously factoring in any withdrawals).
