I have just been checking PayPal invoices recently and there is 2 x card handling charges on the invoice and I can’t understand why. Maybe a couple of months previously there was only one card handling charge now there’s 2. I have contacted PayPal for an explanation and they were insisting that the client should be contacting them. Can you please explain the reason for the change?
What is the relevant invoice number? We generally just pull in whatever is on the PayPal feed. If it’s actually on your PayPal statement it would be something that only they could answer.
The relevant invoice numbers Invoice: #003013 & Invoice: #003014 I have attached the relevant Sales Invoice.
When I look at both invoices #003013 and #003014 I only see one item line for £5.48 and £2.35 respectively.
The PayPal invoice details are on the document manager and include 2 handling charges
I’ve passed this on to a developer to see if they can glean any more information from this. I will update you in due course.

I apologise, It was a bug on our side that appeared on a recent release. It should be fully patched today.

I can confirm that this has now been fixed on our live service.
